OFFICE:
Customer Service - Billing/Service Writing

Description
Responsible for cheerfully and professionally representing Britannia to potential and current clients. Job duties will include billing in Quick books, receiving & writing work order, and answering multi-line phone, dealing with customer relations.

· Excellent customer service skills a must
· Service industry knowledge a plus
· Attention to detail and ability to multi task is a must.
· Boating knowledge is a plus

Requirements

Proficiency in use of computers including Quick books, Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer. Main computer focus billing & work order processing.

· Bill In quick books
· Answer/Screen Multi Line Phone System
· Greet Visitors/Answer Patron Questions
· Oversee correspondences, memos
· Maintain business and personnel calendars
· Sort and distribute mail. Send/receive FedEx, UPS
 Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills required

Employee must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be able to multi-task, time manage, and be a self-started able to work with minimum supervision and in a team environment.
